What are our additional services?
Our additional services complement classic clearance and household clearance wherever normal clearing work stops. Instead of having to coordinate several companies, you can receive final cleaning, minor renovation work and small transports directly from us if you wish. This saves you time, coordination and unnecessary trips, because everything is planned and carried out by a single provider.
When are additional services useful?
Additional services are especially helpful when a flat or house has to be handed over at short notice, for example to new tenants, buyers or a property management company. Even after a household clearance as part of a move or an estate settlement, there are often small remaining tasks that, taken together, require a lot of time. Instead of looking for several different service providers, we take on these tasks directly after the clearance and coordinate timing and scope with you.

Final cleaning after the clearance
After the clearance, we carry out a final cleaning so that the rooms are not only empty, but also clean. Depending on what is agreed, we sweep or vacuum floors, wipe surfaces, remove cobwebs and eliminate remaining dirt, so that the flat or house can be handed over without any extra effort. This is a thorough basic cleaning that is an ideal match for a flat or house clearance.
Minor renovations and touch-ups
If required, we carry out minor renovation work, such as removing carpet, filling small drill holes, taking down curtain rails or installing simple cover plates. These tasks help improve the overall impression of the property and reduce typical signs of wear before handover, without the need for a full renovation.
Small transports of furniture and boxes
Not everything that comes up during a clearance is meant to be disposed of. Sometimes individual pieces of furniture, boxes or personal items need to be taken to a new flat, to storage or to family members. With our small transports, we also take care of these trips and bring selected items to the places where they will continue to be used.
