Who is Rumpel Gianni

Rumpel Gianni is a team specialised in clearance and household clearance. We clear flats, houses, basements, attics, garages, offices and commercial premises and take over all the work involved in a clearance job for our clients.

Many of our clients face similar challenges: too many things, too little time and often an emotional burden when it comes to a household or familiar rooms. This is exactly where we come in – with clear organisation, reliable processes and a respectful approach to people and property.

How we work on each job

Our way of working follows a simple, clear process so that you know from the start what to expect.

It always begins with the first contact, where you briefly describe the property and the situation to us. If it makes sense, we arrange an on-site inspection: we look at the rooms, access, floor level and the expected amount of work and, on this basis, prepare a free quote with a fixed price for the clearance or household clearance.

Once you accept the quote, we set the date for the job and take care of all the organisation, from the team and vehicles through to any necessary no-parking zone.

On the day of the job we arrive at the agreed time and start work straight away: we dismantle furniture, remove all items from the rooms, sort them and load everything for transport, without you having to prepare anything in advance. At the end we remove all remaining debris, sweep or vacuum the rooms and walk through the property together with you so that you can be sure the result matches your expectations – an empty, clean space, ready for the next step. Throughout the entire process we keep you transparently informed about each stage, so you always know what is happening, roughly how long it will take and which services are included in the price.
