We thoroughly and systematically clear out fully packed basements, attics or garages. We sort through old junk, separate items of value from waste and create free, usable storage space again.
Office and commercial space clearance
Whether it is an office, shop or storage area – we clear commercial premises on schedule and discreetly. Desks, shelving, equipment and remaining stock are dismantled, removed and properly disposed of so that the space can quickly be used or handed over again.
Household clearance
For household clearances – for example after a move, moving into care or as part of an estate settlement – we proceed with sensitivity and respect. We sort the entire household, clear all rooms and hand over the flat broom-clean.
Business closure clearance
For business closures, we clear offices, workshops, halls and storage areas, including machines, shelving, files and remaining stock. We plan the process so that downtime and disruption for staff and neighbours are kept to a minimum.
Disposal & recycling
We take care of the proper disposal of all materials arising – from furniture and electrical appliances to bulky waste. Recyclable materials are separated, and items suitable for recycling are taken to recycling centres so that waste is treated in an environmentally responsible way.
Additional services
On request, we provide additional services such as final cleaning, small repair and renovation work, removal of floor coverings or small transports. This way, you receive everything from a single source and save time when handing over or further using the rooms.
